ingredients
500 g flour
250 g cold butter
200 g caster sugar
2 egg
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp baking powder
method
mix sugar, vanilla sugar and egg in machine until creamy
add cold but soft butter in small pieces
mix flour & baking powder
add mix in small portions to the sugar-egg mix while mixing
take out of machine
form a dough ball, wrap in cling wrap
leave in fridge for at least 1 hour
500 g flour will make about 70 bottom and 70 top cookies
additional for about 70 combined Hildas:
about 300 g rasberry jam - as firm as possible
about 250 g icing sugar mixed with juice from 1-2 medium flesh lime.
