ingredients
500 g flour (mix of 2/3 bread flour & 1/3 wholemeal flour)
300 ml water (30 degree C)

5 g yeast
5 g salt
10 ml olive oil
(15 ml balsamico vinegar)
method
--> dough
put dry ingredients ( flour, salt and yeast) in a bowl
add warm water and olive oil
mix by machine for 15 mins
proof for minimum 2 hr
put dough on baking paper
proof for 1 hr
flatten dough with fingers to pizza size
let proof for minimum 0.5 hr
pierce holes in dough with fork
brush dough with olive oil
--> toppings
add tomato sauce & toppings & cheese to taste
preheat oven to 250 ºC
bake for around 8 minutes at 220 ºC
