ingredients
120 g flower
60 g butter (melted)
30 g unrefined brown sugar
100 g egg (~ 2 eggs - add milk if eggs are two small)
1 tsp baking powder

grape-seed oil and butter for panning
maple sirup
whipped cream
method
--> dough
melt butter in microwave (30 seconds is enough)
mix flower and baking powder in bowl
press a dent in the middle of the mixture
add sugar
add melted butter
mix all ingredients with a whisk until smooth firm texture
let dough rest for 10 minutes
--> panning
heat some grape-seed oil in pan over low-medium heat
pour excess oil into a small bowl with some butter
put several half a teaspoon butter-oil mix in equal distance in pan (number depends on size of pan)
put one tablespoon dough on every butter-oil spot
turn dough around when small bubbles appear on top
