pizza dough

ingredients

250 g flour (mix of 2/3 bread flour & 1/3 wholemeal flour, or 150 g flour and 100g semolina)

200 ml water (30 degree C)

5 g yeast

10 g salt

10 ml olive oil

method

--> dough

    1. put dry ingredients ( flour, salt and yeast) in a bowl

    2. add warm water and olive oil

    3. mix thoroughly with fork

    4. let proof for 1 hr in bowl covered with cotton kitchen towel and kneed with hand

    5. repeat 3 times

    6. put dough on baking paper

    7. flatten dough with fingers to pizza size, if necessary use rolling pin

    8. transfer dough with baking paper onto baking tray

    9. pierce holes in dough with fork

    10. brush dough with olive oil

--> toppings

    1. add tomato sauce & toppings & cheese to taste

    2. bake for around 10 minutes at 220 ºC at low/middle level
